Q.What are the dates and location for FlightSimExpo?

FlightSimExpo is scheduled for June 27-29, 2025 at the Rhode Island Convention Center in Providence, RI. There will be optional/add-on activities such as aviation facility tours happening on the Thursday, Friday, and Monday surrounding the event.

Q.What steps are being taken to ensure the safety of attendees and exhibitors at the event?
FlightSimExpo has worked with our venue and recommended third-party security services to conduct a review of security resources and best practices. These best practices will be applied throughout the event. Please wear your FlightSimExpo badge at all times when accessing event venues and expect to see a mix of security and uniformed police officers during conference hours. These officers are in place to ensure the event remains accessible, safe, and welcoming to all registered attendees and partners.

Q.What registration options are available?

Visit the registration page for details on FlightSimExpo registration.

Q.Why is there no "Saturday Only" registration option?

Our three registration options are: "Entire Event" (Friday-Sunday), "Weekend Only" (Saturday and Sunday), and "Sunday Only". Because more activities and bigger presentations tend to happen on the Saturday, our "Weekend Only" option includes both Saturday and Sunday.

If you're planning to attend the event only on Saturday, June 27, please select the "Weekend Only" registration option.

Q.Do Flight Simulation Association members get special registration rates?
Yes! As in previous years, FSA members have access to discounted registration rates. Anyone can sign up to be an FSA member—free—at www.flightsimassociation.com.
Q.I want to bring a spouse/partner/kids. Are there discounts for additional registrants?

We're pleased to welcome children 12 years of age and younger to attend FlightSimExpo at no charge, when accompanied by a registered adult or guardian. When registering, please select the "Child" option and then complete the relevant details. Note the "Child" option is only visible as a subsequent member of a registration party, after an adult has been added first.

We ask all attendees over the age of 12 to complete a registration. 10-20% discounts on registrations are available for FSA members.

Need help or have questions? Please email info@flightsimexpo.com.

Q.For those unable to attend in-person, will there be an online component to the event?
Yes. We continue to offer FlightSimExpo as a hybrid in-person and online event. Attendees unable to attend the show in-person can purchase an Online-Only Registration for access to watch select event seminars from anywhere in the world.

Q.How do I figure out what to attend or sign up for at FlightSimExpo?

Visit the Schedule page for information about seminars and activities taking place throughout the show. Specific seminars and details will be added as the event approaches. If you're new to the hobby or our event, look for seminars with a "New Simmers" tag beside their name.

Q.How do I find my way around the exhibit floor?

Attendees have access to a digital floorplan that can be accessed in advance of the show or on-site on a mobile device. Additionally, printed event guides are available on-site.

For those new to flight simulation, a free show floor tour led by experienced flight simmers takes place on Saturday, and is an excellent opportunity to get the "lay of the land" and ask questions about which exhibitors are most relevant as you're getting started.

Q.How can I engage with attendees and organizers prior to and during the event?
We invite everyone to join the Flight Simulation Association Discord to share thoughts and feedback about our show. Become a member for free at www.flightsimassociation.com, then join our Discord server.
Q.What if I need an invitation letter?

We can provide invitation letters to support entry to the United States for international attendees. Please contact us for assistance.
